An £18 million state of the art college building on the site of a former tram depot. This college building housed the administration team and Art & Design, ICT, Hairdressing and Media and Teacher Training departments among others.

 

The site was contaminated and pre-existing ground conditions were poor.
 

Academy worked with the team and an economic frame solution was developed to save cost.
