Dakota House, Weybridge Surrey
Client: RO Real Estate
The works comprised the extension and refurbishment of an existing 1980's building and included a complete strip out to carcass and the creation of new cores and reception space.
New extensions were constructed at first and second floors and an entirely new third floor level with new windows installed throughout.
The refurbishment of the extended building included the replacement of the fenestration and the provision of a new core including new toilets and a new vertical transportation installation.
The addition of a useable roof terrace was introduced during the works, requiring re-design and planning issues.
Careful coordination with the project team enabled this element to be progressed while other works on site were resequenced.
The additional terraced areas were completed with minimal disruption to the overall programme and provided a more marketable solution for the Client.
