Description:  The building was stripped back to carcass with all existing finishes and services removed. The refurbishment of the building then took place to provide grade A office floors along with retail spaces at the ground level.

The team agreed on a 2 stage procurement route working to the budget set out in Academy Consulting's Cost Plan.  The scheme was delivered within this budget and due to an excellent working relationship across the entire team the project was delivered on time.
