Academy Consulting are pleased to announce that we are commencing our 14th project with Chancerygate at The Works, Croydon.


The project will deliver 15 brand new industrial / warehouse units to the north-west of Central Croydon.


The scheme takes a forward-thinking approach to sustainability with targets of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A and includes air source heat pumps, PV panels, high performance envelopes, EV charging points and a substantial mature landscaping scheme.


We are looking forward to working with MagrockIan C KingCudd Bentley Consulting LtdPTA - Powell Tolner & Associates Ltd and BWS Group to successfully deliver this exciting project.

In recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month, we are excited to announce the start of Central London Samaritans office refurbishment in London. This project will transform their new office space and create overnight facilities for staff working late, supporting their vital mission of providing emotional support to individuals in distress or struggling with mental health issues.


Through our Project Management and Quantity Surveying expertise, we are proud to collaborate with a charity that continues to raise awareness about mental health, particularly within industries like construction. According to the ONS, men in construction are three times more likely to die by suicide than the national average - a statistic we cannot overlook.


Samaritans’ recent initiative, “Constructing Healthy Minds”, highlights the importance of mental health support, emphasising the need for collaboration and increased awareness:
