Completed Project

Academy Consulting are very pleased to confirm the 9-unit, 69,000 sq.ft industrial development for Chancerygate at Metroplex Park, Tolworth has successfully achieved Practical Completion on 21st June 2024.

Academy were appointed as EA/QS, marking our 12th project with market-leading Chancerygate.

3D Scanning

We recently had the privilege to work on Cobb Court and Cemetery Lodge, two stunning Grade II Listed buildings in Thanet. 

We were entrusted by Thanet District Council and Highview Group Roofing and Externals to carry out a 3D measured survey, produce drawings, and manage the Listed building consent applications. 

Utilising the latest 3D laser scanning technology, we meticulously captured a 3D point cloud of the historic buildings and produced detailed drawings that are essential for Listed building consent application. This project showcases the capabilities of using 3D laser scanners on heritage buildings, which is evident in the level of detail contained within the drawings.
