The conversion of a 1960's office building to create a state of the art medical facility and the largest private outpatient and diagnostic centre in the UK.  Arranged over 7 floors, 50 consulting rooms, 4 day surgery theatres and a 12 bed day surgery were delivered.

The delivery date for the new building was very challenging so as to maximise on sream revenue.

A two stage track project was delivered on time and to the client's budget despite many issues discovered in the existing building fabric.
