Construction of a new 74 bedroom hotel for Travelodge together with a ground floor shell and core retail unit and associated external works and car parking. The project included extensive civil engineering works to construct a boardwalk and new lake wall.

Achieving an economical solution to the construction of the civil engineering aspects of the project.
 

In conjunction with the professional team and contractor a detailed review of the civil engineering design was carried out and the optimum solution was agreed.

 

A successful project which is now trading with occupancy levels exceeding Travelodge's expectations.
